01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88starz ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the 88starz website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88starz platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and play at 88starz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 88starz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 88starz immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

88starz is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

88starz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on the 88starz platform.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• 88starz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours in most cases.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
• 88starz may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

88starz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Welcome Bonus:

• New players receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit.
• The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration.

Wagering Requirements:

• All bonuses at 88starz carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.

General Bonus Rules:

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 88starz use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, 88starz will attempt to resolve the round fairly. If this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• 88starz reserves the right to void bets placed on games that were affected by a software error or data feed failure.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88starz platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account on 88starz.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88starz staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

88starz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 88starz reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of Terms violation.

11 Limitation of Liability

88starz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

• 88starz is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• 88starz is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• In no event shall 88starz's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to Terms

88starz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 88starz platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
